Pasta overload and other ways to use Doña Elena Anchovies

Cooking exceptional food depends on the quality of the ingredients you use. That is why I choose the product I buy. Since then, been buying Doña Elena products. From the olive oil, pasta, olives, capers, and of course Doña Elena Anchovies.

Black Ink Pasta, cooked with fresh squid ink. Fresh ingredients makes food very delicious and tasty.
Doña Elena Pure Olive oil is perfect with sauteing. As the name package stated, Al Dente spaghetti is an excellent product. It cooks perfectly.
My fusilli Aglio olio made special using Doña Elena Fusilli. Delicious and beautiful.
Shitake Mushroom and Anchovies Pasta another healthy pasta dish for my family. They don't get tired eating olive oil based  pasta.
Used Doña Elena Anchovies as marinade for my baked lemon butter Malasugue as replacement for my salt. It was surprisingly delicious.
Cheese sticks levels up this time. Used mozzarella cheese and Doña elena anchovies. Everybody loves it..
I think cooking is one way of expressing art. Not by using canvass and brush but creating taste from the food you can create. Innovation is one constant thing in terms of cooking.
